NYLT Fall Course
This November, your Scouts have the opportunity to take the next big step in their Scouting journey—National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT).
NYLT isn’t just training—it’s an adventure in leadership. Over the course of a week, Scouts will live and work together as a team, tackle challenges, and gain real-world skills that prepare them to lead both in Scouting and beyond. Through hands-on activities, outdoor experiences, and fun challenges, they’ll build confidence, communication, and problem-solving abilities while learning what it truly means to lead with character.
For parents, NYLT is more than a course—it’s an investment in your Scout’s future. The lessons learned at NYLT—teamwork, resilience, servant leadership—are skills that extend far beyond Scouting. Graduates return with the confidence to lead in their unit, at school, and in the community.
Why attend NYLT?
- Learn to communicate and lead effectively
- Build confidence and teamwork in real-world settings
- Experience adventure while developing life skills
- Bring back leadership knowledge to strengthen your unit
Spaces are limited and this course is filling quickly.
Reserve your Scout’s spot today and let them discover the leader within!
