Introduction to Outdoor Leaders Skills

Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills is a one-and-a-half-day overnight course designed to help prepare adult leaders for an outdoor program in addition to learning teaching techniques on advancement.

Join us on one of the two opportunities left this year, September 7-8, or October 5-6.  Click here (https://scoutingevent.com/358-IOLS) for more information and to register for Introduction to Outdoor Leader Skills.

Commemorative Pavers

Purchasing a commemorative paver helps to immortalize a commitment to preserve and maintain a lasting memory!

The Patriots’ Path Council invites you to be a part of our Scout Plaza by purchasing individual engraved pavers. The Scout Plaza walkway leads to an American flag and the Mackenzie statue “The Ideal Scout.”

With a purchase of a paver, you can honor or remember loved ones, friends, and family; commemorate a special achievement such as becoming an Eagle Scout; honor a retiring Scoutmaster or pack and troop special anniversary; or leave a lasting message from your business or organization. Season of Service

The most powerful way to thank a chartered organization is to provide service. The Season of Service Campaign encourages units to help their chartered organization by doing community service for them during the fall season and then sharing their story through the portal located at https://ppcbsa.org/story/ and on social media using #SeasonofService. Why #SeasonOfService To promote the good Scouts do in their community and create goodwill with charted organizations. To share Scouting stories that show the impact Scouting has in the community. To be part of the conversation and learn about other service ideas.

It’s an exciting time to be part of the BSA for many reasons. One of those is that new communication vehicles now enable current and past Scouts and Scouters, and those interested in participating to learn directly about Scouting. By using the Share Your Story link, and online social media tools such as Facebook and Instagram, we can help others find out more about Scouting and what we are doing.
