Community Service – SERV Award
Are your Scouts going above and beyond for the community through service? Check out how they may qualify for the SERV Award here.
One in nine New Jersey households, or nearly 750,000 people, are food insecure. 300,000 are children. Scouting for Food is one of the nation’s largest food drives that Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, Sea Scouts, and Venturing Crews participate in to support their local food pantries and hunger-relief agencies.
The Patriots’ Path Council is partnering with five regional food hubs (in Sussex, Union, Somerset, Morris and Middlesex counties) to offer an opportunity for your troop to fight hunger while learning about the issue of food insecurity in our neighborhoods. Find out more information here.
